Part-time Support Assistants on the Webcourses@UCF Support Team are responsible for providing customer, technical and course development support for the University's Learning Management System (Instructure Canvas) and related systems to all UCF faculty, staff, and students. - Applicants must possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills and must be comfortable communicating with clients via phone, email, chat, and in person. - Applicants should have basic technical skill using recent versions of any of the following operating systems: Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS. - The work environment will be in a group office setting with a team of Support Assistants. - Flexible hours available Monday-Friday 8AM-6:30PM. Applicants must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week.
